Late night munchies attack - a dehydrated choc-coconut wrap containing a smear of Greek yoghurt for moisture, handful of flax granola for crunch, strategic lumps of frozen banana for icecream effect, chopped dates, marcona almonds, apricot kernels, cacao nibs, and, because I got a bit carried away, a drizzle of maple syrup.
