Bestovers... Chicken curry (using Goan Vhindaloo curry paste from Africa2Asia)and fresh coriander stuffed in a dehydrated coconut wrap lovingly sealed with a smear of mango chutney. Gluten free lunch option for home or school packed lunch (although perhaps with a tamer curry than my vhindaloo!). You can make coconut wraps in the dehydrator (or oven perhaps?) but this one is from Green Vitamin although still in testing mode so not quite on the market yet. I was the lucky sampler...
