Greek Yoghurt with Greek Wild Thyme Honey & Marcona Almonds

I always think the simplest of dishes require the finest ingredients. So, for breakfast this morning we have the creamiest Greek yoghurt, Marcona almonds from Spain and wild thyme Greek honey from Olivetreehk who also sell one of my favourite (and cheapest) olive oils in HK, direct from her father's olive tree groves in Kalamata, Greece.
