NICE PLUMS FOR A TART is what I thought as I strolled through the wet market this morning, so here is the quickest, easiest plum tart you can make, using bought puff pastry which is sold in most large supermarkets. I scattered the base with ground almonds & apricot kernels for added flavour but this is not compulsory.
